The European Court of Human Rights ruled to lift the name of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) of the European list of terrorist organizations.
Earlier, Israeli media and human rights sources said the court will hold a debate on Wednesday to lift the movement of the list of terrorist organizations of the European Union.
Channel Ten in Israel on Tuesday quoted diplomatic sources as saying that European diplomats had been instructed by the parties responsible to prepare for the possibility that the European Court of Human Rights on Wednesday, Hamas lifting of the European terrorist list.
European diplomats and attributed the move "for reasons that Hamas is setting process on the terrorism list has not been according to applicable legal standards in the European Union."
Israeli Channel Ten and pointed out that the list of terrorism are behind prevent the EU from contacts or relations with Hamas, pointing out that the European institutions have the moves to lift the movement from the European list of terror.
The Israeli political sources had said the second channel of the Israeli television yesterday evening that many Islamic institutions in Europe behind the build-up v Israel and the acceptance of the Palestinian movements and factions.
On the other hand, the Anatolia news agency on human rights unnamed source as saying that the European Court will hold a debate on Wednesday on the lawsuit filed by Hamas through corporate European institutions with the Palestinian people in 2010, trigger the legality of the procedures followed by the Union for the inclusion of movement on the terrorism list.
The source explained that the court will be discussed over the Mtaqubh Hamas inclusion on the list with its own laws of the European Union, a decision likely to raise the movement name from the list.
The Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri expressed earlier in the hope that the movement is removed from the European list the name, describing placed on the list of serious error and the oppressor against the Palestinian people, and the bias of the Israeli occupation.
The EU has put Hamas on the terrorist list in 2003 due to wage attacks against Israeli targets during the Palestinian uprising that erupted in 2000.
